The travel fee is complimentary for services booked within Staten Island. For bookings off Staten Island, a travel fee will be applied. There is a minimum service fee of $600 to travel. Any booking that is more than 2 hours away will require overnight accommodations.

Bookings before 9:00 AM will incur an hourly early morning fee. For parties of 6 or more, Andrea may provide makeup artist(s) for the additional services and an additional artist fee will be applied. For bookings off Staten Island, a travel fee will be applied to cover the milage to and from your location plus tolls and parking fees (if applicable). Any booking that is more than 2 hours away will require overnight accommodations.

A trial is important to see if a makeup artist is the right fit for you. It typically consists of trying a desired look or style that best suits your aesthetic. If a completely different style/look is desired beyond that, it is suggested to book another trial appointment. This service is usually booked before a special event or before signing a wedding contract. A bridal preview is where you will discuss your wedding vision. From your dress and hairstyle to your bridesmaids' attire, flowers, and wedding colors. This all plays a big part in how your makeup look will be while keeping your personal style in mind. This is your chance to see what your wedding makeup will look like. This service is scheduled after a wedding contract is signed and is suggested to book 1-3 months prior to your wedding. Both services are a great opportunity to meet Andrea and to share your vision and ideas to create a customized look that fits your personal style and preferences. While both services are optional, it’s highly recommended for a bride to schedule a preview to ensure the perfect look for the wedding day. Trial and previews are exclusively booked at Andrea's studio Wednesday - Sunday. *Please note, scheduling a trial before booking a specific date does not hold that future appointment.

For weddings, Andrea recommends that you book 6-12 months prior to your date. For all other events, it is recommended to book at least 48 hours prior to your event as there just may be an available appointment.

Customizable individual or strip eyelashes are complimentary in all makeup services.

If you prefer not to wear lashes or have lash extensions, the price is the same.

-Please be sure your skin is clean and makeup-free. -Feel free to bring lip color, lip pencil, or lip gloss you love. Or you can purchase them on the day of. -Avoid waxing, threading, or dermaplaning at least 72 hours prior to appointment. -Bring a photo of your outfit and an inspirational photo of a makeup look that is closest to your skin tone and hair color. *It is important to advise Andrea in advance of any contagious illnesses or open sore/wounds. A contagious illness (pink eye, cold sore, etc..) can easily be spread to other parts of the face and services cannot be performed. Your health and maintaining a hygienic kit is a top priority.

Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours of scheduled appointment may incur a 30% fee of your session. If you don't provide advance notice to cancel or reschedule and fail to show up for your scheduled appointment, a 50% charge of your session will be applied.

Andrea can accommodate up to 6 people. If you have a larger party or very early ready-by time, Andrea may provide makeup artist(s) for the additional services and an additional artist fee will be applied.

For on-locatoin appointments booked Friday - Sunday, the minimum service fee is $600. Andrea can travel to your home, hotel, or venue.

Bridal applications take approximately 60-75 minutes. Wedding party members and non-wedding applications take approximately 45 minutes. Makeup trials and previews take approximately 75 minutes.

You can always add additional makeup services but you cannot remove. If you're unsure about a person in your party, exclude them from your inquiry and add them later on if needed. If the getting-ready location changes, another quote will be given and a travel fee may apply.

Sanitation is Andrea's #1 priority! As a professional makeup artist, Andrea has a responsibility to service clients in the healthiest way possible. Products and tools are cleaned and sanitized before and after each client. Freshly cleaned brushes and new disposables are used on each person. Built-in applicators are never to be used directly on skin and put back into the product. All products are scooped out with a clean and sanitized spatula. Absolutely no double-dipping. Your safety is Andrea's priority.

Andrea's makeup kit contains professional-grade products that have been tested for their ability to photograph beautifully while giving you a natural, radiant finish. To ensure your makeup stays all day and night, the products used are long-wearing and water resistant. All products are hypo-allergenic and suitable for sensitive skin. Do you have an allergy? Of course! Andrea is professionally trained and experienced in custom-matching every client to the right foundation shade. No need to bring your own foundation, Andrea has you covered!

Yes, but please keep in mind that raised blemishes and texture cannot be "flattened" or "smoothed". Redness and discoloration can be covered but the texture of the skin cannot be changed with makeup.

Makeup cannot get rid of wrinkles and pores but using the right skin care products and application techniques would help to reduce the appearance.

Andrea accepts cash and credit/debit cards. Personal checks and Venmo are not acceptable forms of payment. All transactions include sales tax. There are no credit card transaction fees.

If Andrea is traveling to your location, all that is required is access to an electrical outlet for her lighting and a table/island to lay out her makeup kit and equipment.
